Top 10 HR Interview & Suggestion Tips

1. Stay calm. Don’t be desperate to get the job as it will impact your performance and will decrease your confidence. Whenever we are desperate to get something, mostly we lose it.
2. In case of Technical Interview, Check the entire possible interview Questions available on internet after studying all Help Files Which are must study material. For Non technical interview, prepare some description/sample paragraph or example to show your skills.
3. Prepare some real life scenarios where you used your technical or non technical skills to solve any major problem in your current or previous workplace.
4. Prepare 5 strengths and weakness but weakness should not actually be your weakness, it should look like your another strength example: I can't leave workplace or can't stay calm without finishing the on going problem. And if interviewer says that it is your strength then you should answer that it is strength for company not for me.
It will mark a good impression of you as hard working person.
5. Sharpen your communication skills. If your English (which is most spoken language in interviews) is not very fluent then practice with some friend and make some short sentences in advance.
6. Greet the interviewer in starting and ending the interview.
7. Try to give positive answers for every question. You should try to follow this in your life also that try to see the positive aspect of every situation. This practise will make you a positive person. Suppose the interviewer asks you what kind of person you don't like to deal with then answer that every person has some strengths & weeknesses, positives and negatives. If we deal with anyone considering his/her positive aspect in mind, it would be easy and nice.
8. If your reason for leaving the current job is asked then never answer that politics at workplace or simply money made you attend this interview, it will show that you are just money oriented & escapist person. You should always say for better job oppurtunity, career growth.
9. Try to smile, should try not to look nervous as confidence plays an important role in success.
10.Don't try to give wrong answers, If you don't know any answer then say you have seen this somewhere before but you are unable to recall it at this very moment.
